Fullhouse is a spin-off company built on 17 years of experience in the vacation home rental industry through All Star Vacation Homes, a vacation rental home management and marketing company established in 1998 in Orlando, Florida. All Star had collected more than 18,000 surveys, booked over 50,000 reservations and served more than 350,000 guests since it was established. It is through that experience, data and feedback that the All Star Team recognized the need for vacation homes that meet the demands of traveling families, businesses and groups and started Fullhouse. Today, All Star is the official Orlando service provider for Fullhouse.

Fullhouse Homes

Yes. We rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. The home you reserve is the home you'll check-in to and stay in for the duration of your trip.

Each Fullhouse rental home is fully loaded with a private pool & spa, game room, home theater, gourmet kitchen with all major appliances, multiple master suites with bathrooms, dining area, living area, patio area with a summer kitchen/grill, garage, laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi and more. Refer to the property page for the home you are renting for the full list of amenities. Each home features full linens & towels, full sets of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, utensils, a mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum (don't worry, you never have to clean), iron, ironing board and starter* products including:

  • Two garbage bags
  • Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  • Hand and shower soap per bathroom
  • Shampoo, conditioner & body lotion per bathroom
  • Tissues
  • One roll of paper towels
  • One travel-size dish detergent
  • One travel-size box of laundry detergent

*Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest.

Yes. The pools & spas are heated. Pool & spa heat is free.

Yes. Every Fullhouse has ice cold air conditioning and cozy warm heat.

There is no daily cleaning in a Fullhouse vacation home but we won't judge you if you convince someone in your group to tidy up a bit each day or do your laundry. With some kidding aside, you can schedule a Mid-Stay clean for a fee. Just add it to your reservation during the booking process, or let one of our Reservation Team members know and they will get it set up for you.

Sorry Fido and Fluffy! We love pets but we don't allow them in our vacation homes.

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the home only.

If you and your group will be arriving with any oversized vehicles, please call our Guest Services Team in advance of your arrival to inquire about the parking availability for the home you have rented. Also, please inform any guests who might be visiting for the day or evening that parking may be limited. Parking is not available at the properties for RVs, buses or trailers. Please contact our Reservations or Guest Services Teams if you need to make specific parking arrangements.

Making a Reservation

You can either reserve the property online or speak with a member of our Reservations Team at 800.569.9182. When making your reservation, all we require is a non-refundable 20% deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 60 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point. Please note if the final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date. You are welcome to make payments with the following credit cards:

 

We also accept personal and certified checks, wire transfers and money orders.

Yes. After your initial 20% deposit, you can make payments up until 60 days before check-in, when the balance on your reservations is due. To make payments, you can contact our accounting team at 800.569.9182, or log into your personal MyStay account and make payments with a major credit card.

Upon request, an early check-in of 9 a.m. may be arranged based on availability. An additional fee of half the nightly rate will apply to receive an early check-in to guarantee availability.

Yes. Travel insurance is available through CSA Travel Protection. Travel insurance must be purchased prior to your 60-day final payment. Fullhouse recommends guests purchase trip insurance if concerned about possible interruption or cancellation of trip. Trip insurance payment is taken at the time the reservation is processed. For travel insurance coverage information, please contact CSA Travel Protection at 1-866-999-4018 or 1-240-330-1529, reference plan code 330CSA. Your premium will be charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours of the reservation. There is a fee for Property Protection and Processing that will be applied to each reservation. Property Protection provides a damage waiver that covers accidental or inadvertent damages. The value of damage waived is based on the property size and location. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. Refer to the complete terms and conditions outlined on the website for the home you are considering for more information. Processing is included to cover All Star’s administrative costs for the reservation. If you make a change to your reservation, there will be an additional non-refundable fee ($20), which will be charged at the time of the change. No changes can be made within 60 days of your arrival.

If you change your reservation, there is a $20 non-refundable fee for any change. No changes can be made within 60 days of your arrival. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The 20% rental reservation deposit is non-refundable and cancellations made within 60 days or less of arrival will result in loss of all monies, and any claims must be arranged with the travel insurance company, if a policy was purchased. Any reservation that has been cancelled and reinstated is subject to a $50 reinstatement fee to be charged at time of reinstatement.

We sure do! Similar to a hotel, we offer concierge and guest services. When you arrive at your Fullhouse rental home, our Signature Arrival Service team welcomes you and answers any questions you may have about the home, from remote and electronics controls to Wi-Fi passwords to light switches and more. If there is anything you need during your stay, our team can assist with any request, such as providing commonly forgotten items, household needs, fun activities for kids and local recommendations.
